The school systems are geared towards middle class whites causing students of different backgrounds to fail in and out of the classroom. We argue that school systems need to adjust their curriculum to fit all of their students. The education system needs to be more diverse giving everyone a equal chance to succeed.

Lisa Delpit states "The rules of culture of power are a reflection of the rules of the culture of those whose have power".
I believe that white people abuse there power sometime without even realizing it. That is a problem when it comes to the Culture of Power in the education system. Whites don't realize its in place, so they not on purpose, but they abuse their power.
