Culture of Power in the Education System

The school systems are geared towards middle class whites causing students of different backgrounds to fail in and out of the classroom. We argue that school systems need to adjust their curriculum to fit all of their students. The education system needs to be more diverse giving everyone a equal chance to succeed.

Teachers of all backgrounds, race, and ethnicity should talk freely on how to best educate the different types of students.
