The school systems are geared towards middle class whites causing students of different backgrounds to fail in and out of the classroom. We argue that school systems need to adjust their curriculum to fit all of their students. The education system needs to be more diverse giving everyone a equal chance to succeed.

This image is a classroom picture selected from google.com Although the classroom is multicultural, the majority of the students are white. In addition, to the students the majority of the teachers are also white. Their should be teachers from different backgrounds included in the education system, so that all students feel included and welcomed. If there were multicultural teachers in classrooms, than every student in a class can find a teacher they can relate and connect to.

I wholeheartedly concur with a level of diversity in the education system. My teachers have been diverse, however the schools I attended are less than 1% of all the schools in America. Truthfully, I believe diversity will influence these students to learn because they see one of their kind is successful and so they will be motivated that they too can be successful and have power.
